How Account Types Work Assign an account type to each user when creating their account. The user's account type determines which modules they are required to complete and which questions appear in their role-based quiz. All users can still access every module.

📧 Completion Notifications

An email is sent here whenever a learner passes all required modules and their role quiz. Leave blank to disable admin notifications.

Email delivery via Resend When deployed on Netlify with RESEND_API_KEY set, emails are delivered in real-time. All sent emails also appear in the Mail Log tab. When running locally, emails are logged to the console only.

Email Log All emails triggered by this platform are recorded here. Status shows sent (delivered via Resend), failed (delivery error — check Netlify function logs), or local-only (running without the Netlify function, e.g. during local development).
